Keralakoottam – A Switzerland based Malayalee gathering group
, was planning a get together for celebrating Christmas and New Year during first
week of Jan 2020. Sunitha – one of our beloved
friend suggested about a charity fund raising during the event and suggested to collect money to help “Akashaparavakal” and the group reacted enthusiastically towards this idea. During the gathering our Santa shared goodies with the kids and each adult got gifts from their secret Santa as well. The group then contributed generously towards charity. It was heartening to see all the responses and we were able to collect an amount equivalent to INR 29,000. which will be donated, transferred towards helping Akashaparavakal.
