FInancial help for kidney transplantation | Raised 1 Lakh

 Male. 25 years

 He has been diagnosed to have Type 2 DM, HTN, CKD –V. He

has been initiated on haemodialysis &needs to continue twice

weekly haemodialysis as a life saving measure.

 The applicant has been affected with this sickness from 05-06- 2013

 He requires to undergo regular haemodialysis for life long. He is

advised to undergo renal transplantation surgery at the earliest.

 The cost of the surgery will be approximately Rs. 2,50,000/-. The

cost anti-rejection medications will be Rs. I lakh for the first year

after successful transplantation. The expenses towards

haemodialysis and medications is Rs.15,000/- per month.

 No, earlier he was a student.

 He has mother, and 2 brothers. One of them is suffering from the

same problem.

 Non-Earning,

 His mother have Rs. 15,000/-family pension per month. but

expenditure is Rs. 38,000/-& above.

 Other type of income is donation.

 Before 2 months ago I met them in church. & someone informed

me about their family. I visited their home and collected

information about them.
