Request for a laptop to conduct free online english coaching | Tamalpur (Assam)

As you know, we have been working closely with Fr Augustine from last 4 years.  Here's a request from Augustine achan asking for one laptop for conducting free online English classes for college going students in Tamalpur Assam. I enquired for a second hand laptop and these are the configurations/quotes that I got so far.

Dell Latitude 5490 8th Gen , Core i5 8th Gen, 8GB DDR4,256GB SSD, Windows 11, 14 Inch Display Price 25,000 Rs (yet to negotiate, he said its unused)

Lenovo L460, ThinkPad (Busines edition) Intel i5 6gen, 8gb ram, 250gb SSD, good battery backup    Price 18,000 Rs (yet to negotiate, used one)

Greetings from Fr. Augustine Ambasseril from North East of India.  Norbertine fathers started it's missionary work here at North East from 2019. Since then we are engaged actively in educating poor children in helping them to get quality education. Now our mission is particularly based at Tamalpur district of Assam. We help may children who are studying in various schools to pay their fees and other educational needs according to their need. There are many students studying in colleges by the help of good will people.

We also have free tuition program for the children studying in govt schools specially for English. Many children are benefited by our service.

Now a request has come from students studying for graduation in govt and local pvt. Colleges for the communicative English course. Many are unable to handle English. Due to this, many are not able to go for a job outside Assam. So as a part of our mission we plan to extend free online English coaching for those are in need. As soon as we announced about this many have come with request for admission. So we are in need of a laptop and a web camera for this program. We kindly look forward the help of some good will people fir the same.
