Garden for the children living with HIV @ Sneha Care Home (Snehadhaan)

Apart from helping in setting up an aquarium and love birds cage, we also helped in setting up a small garden @ Snehadaan..Here's few pics...

Aquarium set up and love birds for PL HIV kids @ Snehadaan (Sneha Care Home)

We have set up the aquarium and also bought 7 pairs of  love birds(that's all they had) for the kids @ Snehadaan.....

Thanks to Sherin for setting aside half day for this and for all the help.  Also, big thanks to Swaroop from Aquatopia India for all the help/tips and for the big discount....

Even though Swaroop had strongly recommended not to put any fishes in the first week, we went against his advice just because of the sheer excitement of the kids there :-) :-)  I don't need to elaborate more as the video below will speak for itself..... !

A touching response...

I have been contacting various vendors for setting up an aquarium for the children @ Snehadhan... All of them are completely business minded and didn't care or bother to even listen when I tried explaining the context/cause and the reason why we are doing this..... But then I got this response from one of the vendor.....very honest, touching and with a very reasonable quotation... ...thought the mail is worth sharing ......not disclosing his details in this forum for obvious reasons....Will mail you the quotations separately...read on......
